I’m a certified level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. My fitness background is vast, having been passionate about a number of sports, including: rugby, football and rowing: Playing at an Initiative level in both football and rugby. I achieved a HNC in fitness, health and exercise prior to my school years.
I am able to educate and motivate clients comfortably and through my customer service background make that important, trusting, personal relationship with clients and help to reach your goals and beyond. I have a very strong drive and motivation to keep you going. If you are lost and unsure about what training methods are beneficial in smashing your goal then don’t hesitate to contact myself.
